Dr. Stephen Harward
Dr. Harward is a Wake County local! He grew up in a family of dental professionals & that is where his passion for dentistry began. He started his career with a degree in Dental Hygiene from the UNC School of Dentistry, where he was a leader in dental-related research programs as well as student government.
But he didn't stop there! He then went on to earn his dental degree from the East Carolina School of Dental Medicine, where he served as a student tutor. Dr. Harward truly enjoys all forms of dentistry, but surgical procedures, pediatric care and cosmetic dentistry have his heart.
Dr. Harward is passionate about combining his knowledge of dental hygiene and dentistry to provide comprehensive and gentle dental care for each and every one of his patients. He loves to serve his community! When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his beautiful wife & three children. He also enjoys being active & participating with F3 South Cary!

Fun fact?I still have the same truck I had in high school.
How long have you been in dentistry? And what do you love about it?Since 2009. I love taking someone who is scared to come to the dentist and making them excited about their smile.
RebeccaWhat do you like to do outside of work?Spending time with my husband and kids, visiting small towns across NC, volunteering at church, playing soccer, and baking macarons.
Fun fact?I drive a right-hand drive stick shift car we imported from Japan.
How long have you been in dentistry? And what do you love about it?Since 2011. I love seeing the difference that great dental care can make in someone’s life.
MaggieWhat do you like to do outside of work?Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a golf course or down at the beach.
Fun fact?I have a 115 yard hole in one.
How long have you been in dentistry? And what do you love about it?Since 2024. I love getting to know all of our patients!
